Halibut baked with peppers and onions | Halibut Recipes



Ingredients:
Pepper
Red onion 1 number
Halibut (Greenland) 600 gr
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Olive green
Yellow peppers 1 number
Sale
Red pepper 1 number

Preparation:
A large fillet of halibut of about 600 g,
1 red pepper,
1 yellow pepper,
1 large red onion,
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil,
a handful of Gaeta olives,
salt,
pepper

Brush the tenderloin fish with oil and adagialo in a baking dish (if you prefer, instead of leaving it in full, you can cut it into pieces). Put it to 6 or 7 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.Cut, in the meantime, the peppers into quarters, then remove seeds and the white part inside. Shred into thin strips. Peel the onion and affettala rounds.Hot the oil in a frying pan over high heat and cook the peppers for a few minutes.Remove the peppers from the pan andbuttaci onions, leaving only dry on low heat for several minutes. Remove the water that will be formed fish in the pan. Season the halibut with salt and pepper and distribute over the peppers and olives.Pour over all the onions and put the pan back in oven for 20 minutes. If the onions should brown too much, cover with aluminum foil.
