Baked Halibut Recipe



Ingredients for Baked Halibut Recipe

  • 2 lbs. halibut
  • 1 cup tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable shortening
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean fish and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Dredge with flour and place in a greased baking pan.
  3. Place tomatoes on top and dot with vegetable shortening.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees, basting often, until cooked through.
