Instructions
Any kind of cold cooked fish may be used.
-Season the flaked fish with salt, pepper and a little Worcestershire sauce
-Toss with a small amount of cream to moisten
-Butter a mold of the right size and press into it 1 cup of mashed potatoes
-Fill each potato lined mold with alternate layers of fish, slices of egg, and mashed potato
-Steam twenty minutes, or bake in a moderately hot oven fifteen minutes
-Turn out on a hot platter, and garnish with watercress or parsley
