Ingredients:700 g halibut filletVegetables:1 cucumber1 carrot or 4 baby carrotsPeas3 tablespoons white wine vinegar1 tablespoon sugar1 tablespoon olive oil2 s water
Procedure:Cut halibut fillets into 4 servingsstykker. Cut the vegetables into neat pieces and boil them tender. Part of the cucumbersliced lengthwise. Mix vinegar, sugar and oil and marinate the cucumber. Add halibut pieces on the baking tray andbake in oven for 8 - 10 minutes at 100 degrees. Serve the warm vegetables in the cucumber wheel.
