Ingredients
- A large fillet of halibut- The juice of half a lemon- Two sprigs of rosemary, two sprigs of fresh oregano, a dozen sage leaves- Extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 °- Pour into the pan in the oven a couple of tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and press it well over the entire surface- Place the halibut fillets in baking dish and put the spices- Wet the whole with lemon juice and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, then serve.
Note: Halibut is a fish with white meat very soft and tasty, which is neither east nor west, but from the north: as good as is that of Greenland.
