HALIBUT FILLETS WITH MUSHROOMS AND AROMAS | Halibut Recipes





Ingredients
4 halibut fillets

200 g mushrooms
1 clove garlic
1 shallot
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
2 plum tomatoes
1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons lemon juice
salt
pepper
extra-virgin olive oil



Preparation
First heat the oven to 200 degrees. Crush the garlic and chop the shallot. Clean and slice the mushrooms.Heat oil and fry garlic and onion make us a medium heat. Combine the mushrooms and let them burn for a few minutes. Perfumes with the chopped herbs and add the tomatoes you have peeled and cut into chunks, salt, pepper and bread crumbs.
