RECIPES RISOTTO HALIBUT FILLETS | Halibut Recipes



INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
30 gr. butter
2 tablespoons chopped onions
1 clove garlic
180 gr. rice
1 / 2 cup white wine
1 cup chicken broth
salt and pepper
200 gr. champignon
500 g fillet of halibut
100gr. of shrimps
40 gr. Parmesan

PREPARATION
Put the butter in a saucepan and saut? chopped onions, add chopped garlic and rice, let it brown, stirring constantly. Pour the wine and let evaporate, then add the broth, salt and pepper and cook for 15 minutes over medium heat. Clean and wash the mushrooms, slice them and add to rice, cook for 5 minutes. Add the fish fillets and shrimp and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Remove the fish on plates and divide, add the rice and a knob of butter and a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese.
