Recipe halibut fillets with mushrooms and herbs | HalibutRecipe

Ingredients

4 fillets of halibut

200 gr. Champignon Mushroom
1 clove garlic
1 Shallot
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
2 Tomatoes Perini
1 tablespoon of bread crumbs
2 Tbsp lemon juice
Sale
Pepper
Extra-virgin olive oil

Preparation

The quantities are for 4 people.


First heat the oven to 200 degrees. Crush the garlic and chop the shallot. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Heat oil and fry garlic and onion make us a medium heat. Combine the mushrooms and let them burn for a few minutes. Perfumes with the chopped herbs and add the tomatoes you have peeled and cut into chunks, salt, pepper and bread crumbs.
