1½ pounds halibut
8 filets of anchovy, chopped fine
3 tablespoons butter
½ lemon, juice only
½ cup water
Seasonings to taste
Instructions
Butter a baking dish.
Mix anchovy with the butter.
Place halibut in baking dish.
Pour the water over it, and add lemon juice, butter and seasonings.
Bake in oven for about 25 minutes.
